Our Warranty

Our products are built in the U.S.A. (specifically, Texas) and are designed to be durable, reliable and of the highest possible quality. The hallmark of our company is personal service with integrity.

A product in new (cosmetically perfect, unblemished) condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a merchandise refund (shipping will be deducted) under our satisfaction guaranteed policy. Any refund under this policy is subject to a 20% restocking charge and customer is responsible for return shipping.

If the unit fails to operate due to defect within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no charge. We do ask that you return any defective portion of the product so we can do a failure analysis to improve quality in the future.

This warranty does not apply to failure due to abuse, neglect, misuse or breakage.

Out–of–Warranty Repairs
We strive to make our products sturdy and long–lived, but we know how excited game players can get and accidents happen. Therefore, we offer in–factory repair service for all of our products that fall into the "abuse, neglect, misuse or breakage" category.

The $10 non–refundable Service Charge is required for the evaluation of your product. Many repairs can be done for under the $10 charge. In the event that your repair requires replacement parts, we will contact you via email with the additional charges that will be incurred. You will have the option of paying the additional charge or applying the $10 toward the purchase of a new replacement unit.

For out–of–warranty repairs, please include a check for the $10 non–refundable
Service Charge when returning your product(s) for evaluation.
